On March 11, 2011, Japan was hit by one of the largest earthquakes ever recorded. The 8.9 magnitude quake gave way to a tsunami that engulfed the nation's east coast, and threat of a nuclear crisis followed these natural disasters.

While relief efforts on the ground are underway, it is imperative to prepare for the need of medical assistance that will most likely follow. iCons in Medicine Members who are specialty physicians but are not yet a part of an iConsult Chapter, may click here to participate the "Japan" Chapter and offer teleconsultation support to medical-relief workers in country.

When completing this form, please select the "Japan" Chapter from the drop down menu.

Please Note: Individuals who are currently members of other Chapters will have access to any and all requests for teleconsultations from Japan.
